The Red Bull Room at McNear’s is a separate upstairs room with full bar!

We can accommodate parties of 20-120 guests.

The Red Bull Room is equipped with a full bar and bartender, sound system, and projection system, making it the perfect venue for any event:

Depending on your party size, the room can be rented out entirely, or you can reserve specific areas, as shown on the map below. At McNear’s, we encourage and welcome walk-in parties, so our booths and large tables are available for reservation on a first-come basis. To guarantee any reservation in the Red Bull Room, parties will be required to order food and beverage from our Banquet Menu.

Private Room Booking

If you would like to close off the room and have it reserved for just your group for 3 hours, there is a $500 fee. This is an addition to overall tab minimums that must be met. This can be done with combinations of food, drinks, desserts, etc.

The room has a projector with a large screen.

PRIVATE ROOM FEES (updated 7.17.2024)

  • Sundays-Thursdays: $3,000 ($3500 with fee)
  • Friday and Saturdays: $4,000 ($4500 with fee)

DECEMBER 2026 PRIVATE ROOM FEES

  • December Booking: All parties 40 or over need to have a private closed room
  • Sundays-Thursdays: $3,500 (add $500 private room fee)
  • Friday and Saturdays: $5,000 (add $500 private room fee)
  • Corkage Fee: $20 per bottle (750) and a limit of 6.
  • Bring Your Own Dessert Fee: $2 per person

Regular Events Upstairs (Non-Private)

To hold the space for the party, there is a $25 minimum per guest Sunday through Thursday and $35 Friday and Saturday. This can go towards a combination of drinks, food, desserts, etc. pre gratuity, fees, and subsequent tax.

We will need to hold a nonrefundable deposit of $20 per/person to hold the space for your party. This deposit will go towards the final bill on the day of the event.

If the party is getting plated dinner or buffet choices, there will be a seat reserved for each guest. If it is an appetizer party there will not as it doesn’t need as much space, and guests are more likely to graze.

There will be a 20% gratuity service charge added to the overall tab, with the money going to the service staff as well as the kitchen staff.

Payments made by credit card will have a 3% Admin Fee added to total payment.

Depending on the size of your banquet, you will be given options for seating arrangements, refer to the map on the banquet tabs for further visual clarification.

Late Night After Parties

The Red Bull Room is available for Private or Non-Private rentals between 9:30pm and 1:30am. All Late Night bookings have a fully stocked and staffed bar available to guests.

For a Non-Private booking you may choose to rent areas within the Red Bull Room for a Rental Fee ranging between $300-$700. With this option there is no tab minimums required. Non-Private Rental Options with Rental Fees will be sent after submitting an Event Request via the form on this page. Space(s) rented will be reserved solely for the use of your party. Your party will also have use of the communal spaces in the Red Bull Room including the Bar, Pool Table, and Game Room.

For Private or Non-Private Late Night Parties, there is the option to preorder from our Banquet Menu. There is a Late Night Kitchen Fee of $50 that goes directly to the kitchen staff staying late to prepare your food. We do not allow outside food for Late Night Parties.

Sports/ Younger Parties

For sports or younger group parties. We like to have the families pre-order, if possible, by family names. This allows a better flow of service and ease for parents.

If each family emails McNear’s directly with the family name and order, we will then have their name and order on the computer upon arrival and the name of the family member that is on the team. Any family must have the final tally 24 hours prior to ordering. Once orders are placed for the banquet, they cannot be substituted or canceled. Family orders can be updated upon arrival as they are held in the computer and not sent to the kitchen until arrival.

We will have a place card for each family to take and put wherever they want the food to be brought. This allows kids to hang out with friends, then pick up their food from their parents.

And as the guests arrive, they can order drinks from the server and place it on the tab started. There are bottomless fountain drinks. There will be an 18% gratuity service charge on all the checks in advance.

Plated events for 20-40 people are available Sunday-Thursday
Buffet-style dining is available for parties of 20 or more Monday-Sunday

The bar options include:
fully hosted, dollar limit, or cash

Entertainment options for Private bookings include:
Our Preferred DJ – Contact information available upon request.
All other entertainment – Outside entertainment is approved on a case by case request. All outside entertainment is required to schedule a walk through with the McNear’s Banquet Manager no less than 7 days prior to the event date.
In House Media – Music chosen by the McNear’s staff unless one of the following options or outside entertainment is chosen. Guest may choose a genre to be played by McNear’s staff via Pandora. Guests may choose to connect their own device up via bluetooth. 
Games – The Red Bull Room has a $1/play pool table, free foosball, 2 pinball machines, claw machine with prizes, arcade style shooter game (play prices for pinball, claw machine, & shooter game available upon request).
***Important Note*** The Red Bull Room Games are not always available. Please notify the McNear’s Banquet Manager in advance if you want to ensure that a specific game is available for your event.
Your Media – Any number of our screens may be chosen to display appropriate media. Media must be submitted to the McNear’s Banquet Manager 7 days prior to the event.
We do not allow outside entertainment for Non-Private events. We do book our own entertainment for the Red Bull Room such as DJs. Check with the Banquet Manager to find out if there is any entertainment scheduled for the date of your event.

Decoration options include:
Linens – Linen tablecloths and/or napkins available upon request. Additional charges and tax apply.
 Table Top Decor – Select decorations available upon request. Additional charges and tax apply.
Your Own Decorations – You may bring your own decorations. McNear’s Banquet Manager must be notified at time of booking. Guests are responsible for supplying, putting up, and taking down decorations. Decorations must not cause any damage to the walls, ceilings, floor, furniture, or fixtures.

Terms, Conditions, and Fees

3% Admin Fee – A 3% Admin Fee** is added to any payment made with a credit card.*

Tax – Tax is added to all Food and Beverage sales as well as all fees associated with any banquet booked with McNear’s.

Deposits – Deposits for Non-Private Nate Night Rentals are made by paying the rental fee up front. All deposits are non-refundable. Accepted payment types: Credit Card*, Debit Card, Cash, Check. Coordinate with the McNear’s Banquet Manager to make your deposit. 

Rental Fees** – Rental Fees for Non-Private Late Night Rentals start at $300.

Late Night Kitchen Fee** – Late Night Kitchen Fees are applicable Fri-Sat starting at 10pm and Sun-Thurs starting at 9:30pm. The Late Night Kitchen Fee starts at $50.

Corkage Fee** – Corkage Fees is $20 per 750ml bottle and a limit of 6 bottles.

Dessert Fee** – Dessert Fees is $2 per guest.** This fee is applied to parties that bring in outside desserts.

Gratuity** – 20% gratuity is added to all food and beverage sales. 100% of all gratuities and additional tips go directly to the service and kitchen staff.

Payments – Acceptable forms of payments for banquets booked with McNear’s are: Credit Card*, Debit Card, Cash, Check. 

ABC Laws – McNear’s Restaurant & Bar complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, and these requirements extend to all guests and event attendees. By purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol on our premises, you agree to abide by these laws, including legal drinking age verification, presentation of valid identification, and restrictions on service to intoxicated persons. McNear’s reserves the right to refuse service or require any individual to leave the premises if such laws or our alcohol service policies are violated.
