The Red Bull Room at McNear’s is a separate upstairs room with full bar!

We can accommodate parties of 20-120 guests.

The Red Bull Room is equipped with a full bar and bartender, sound system, and projection system, making it the perfect venue for any event:

Depending on your party size, the room can be rented out entirely, or you can reserve specific areas, as shown on the map below. At McNear’s, we encourage and welcome walk-in parties, so our booths and large tables are available for reservation on a first-come basis. To guarantee any reservation in the Red Bull Room, parties will be required to order food and beverage from our Banquet Menu.

Private Room Booking

If you would like to close off the room and have it reserved for just your group, there is a $500 fee. This is an addition to overall tab minimums that must be met. This can be done with combinations of food, drinks, desserts, etc.

The room has a projector with a large screen – Wired for DJ or karaoke.

PRIVATE ROOM FEES (valid through March 2023)

  • Sundays-Thursdays: $3,000 ($3500 with fee)
  • Friday and Saturdays: $4,000 ($4500 with fee)

DECEMBER 2022 PRIVATE ROOM FEES

  • December Booking: All parties 50 or over need to have a closed room
  • Sundays-Thursdays: $3,000 ($3,500 with fee)
  • Friday and Saturdays: $5,000 ($5,500 with fee)
  • Corkage Fee: $15.00 per bottle (750) and a limit of 12.
  • Bring Your Own Dessert Fee: $1.50 per person

Regular Events Upstairs (Non-Private)

To hold the space for the party, there is a $25 minimum per guest Sunday through Thursday and $35 Friday and Saturday. This can go towards a combination of drinks, food, desserts, etc.

We will need to hold a nonrefundable deposit of $20 per/person to hold the space for your party. This deposit will go towards the final bill on the day of the event.

If the party is getting plated dinner or buffet choices, there will be a seat reserved for each guest. If it is an appetizer party there will not as it doesn’t need as much space, and guests are more likely to graze.

There will be a 20% service charge added to the overall tab, with the money going to the service staff as well as the kitchen.

Depending on the size of your banquet, you will be given options for seating arrangements, refer to the map on the banquet tabs for further visual clarification.

Sports/ Younger Parties

For sports or younger group parties. We like to have the families pre-order, if possible, by family names. This allows a better flow of service and ease for parents.

If each family emails McNears directly with the family name and order, we will then have their name and order on the computer upon arrival and the name of the family member that is on the team. Any family must have the final tally 24 hours prior to ordering. Once orders are placed for the banquet, they cannot be substituted or canceled. Family orders can be updated upon arrival as they are held in the computer and not sent to the kitchen until arrival.

We will have a place card for each family to take and put wherever they want the food to be brought. This allows kids to hang out with friends, then pick up their food from their parents.

And as the people arrive, they can order drinks from the server and place it on the tab started. There are bottomless fountain drinks. There will be an 18% service charge on all the checks in advance.

plated or buffet
or choose a few items from our appetizer menu for more informal occasions.

Plated events for 20-40 people are available Sunday-Thursday
Buffet-style dining is available for parties of 20 or more Monday-Sunday

The bar options include:
fully hosted, dollar limit, or cash

Only sit-down dinners get one seat guaranteed per person.
