Join us for a special Redwood Empire Whiskey Tasting Night in the Red Bull Room at McNear’s on Tuesday, April 21 at 5:30pm. Explore an incredible lineup of bold bourbons, ryes, blends, and limited cask-strength pours from one of California’s most celebrated whiskey houses.

Tasting led by Master Blender Lauren Patz.

Whether you’re a seasoned whiskey lover or just looking for a fun and flavorful night out, this is a rare chance to taste your way through an exceptional range of Redwood Empire expressions. Redwood Empire’s lineup includes fan favorites like Emerald Giant Rye and Lost Monarch Blend alongside special releases like Rocket Top, Grizzly Beast, Foggy Burl, and Haystack Needle.

1st Course – Pipedream Bourbon

Pork Belly Confit- Coconut corn puree, apple chutney, maple + chili glaze

2nd Course- Emerald Giant Rye

Tea smoked beets, baby greens, Chandler strawberries, whipped Bay Blue cheese, pickled onion, pistachio, golden balsamic vinaigrette

3rd Course – Lost Monarch

Halibut Crudo- Citrus cured halibut, sugar snap peas, grapefruit, basil, chili crunch

4th Course- Grizzle Beast

Durham Ranch Bison Ribeye

Green garlic mashed potatoes, Delta asparagus, spring onions, Grizzle Beast demi, roasted bone marrow butter

5th Course -Rocket Top

Tres Leches-Blueberry compote, brown butter maple crumble, vanilla bean cake.
